A wall-mounted version does the job!

a wall-mounted version of Tigrox

Sometimes the Tigrox team receives unusual requests for slight modifications of the banner display system that would suit a particular environment. Never being shy for a challenge and always wanting to help in the best way we can – we recently had the opportunity to work with an engineering team who were implementing a number of changes in and around the William Perkins Church of England school in Greenford.

a wall-mounted version of TigroxIn particular, the team were looking for a solution that would allow the school to close off any stairwells which were not in use, easily and effectively. So they contacted us.

Looking for a wall-mounted version that would still allow for the easy extension of the Tigrox banners, the engineering team told us exactly what they needed, and we were able to produce a derivative of the product, that would allow for a nice, clean look – while still performing its vital function.  The product development included creating a wall mounted bracket that would hold the post in place, and be screwed to the wall – but still allow the post to detach should the school ever wish to be able to replace the Tigrox banners, easily.

What we came up with was a great solution that not only looked great, but was robust enough to be mounted to the wall and hold the banner in situ, once extended.

A connecting wall-mounted hook was also created in steel, so that the extended banner could hook securely into place when in use.

We’d love to know what you think. Do you have a wall-mounted requirement where Tigrox could work for you too?
