Quality

Tigrox is manufactured under an ISO 9000 approved system –  approved to BS EN 9001:2000.

The print is digitally printed using a laser based toner system, which creates a colour fast fused. image, and can be printed up to 600 DPI (if required) .

The elegant exponential curve of the base provides a clear design statement, and provides a much more rigid and tough base than existing systems, whist providing the additional stability required for the increased windage resulting from the banner. It is also much more difficult to stand on reducing the damage from people standing on the base and stressing the post.

Environmental

Depending on colours the bulk of the plastic used is from recycled materials. The film and cassettes can be collected for recycling, or recycled locally depending on the circumstances.

The base is made from injection moulded plastic, filled with concrete or water as required.  This offers a much lower carbon footprint than a cast steel base. In addition this can be assembled and filled locally for export markets promoting local employment and massively reducing the transport footprint for export markets.

Assembly

Tigrox is supplied  with  the post and base separately. The post can be supplied for a once only assembly or for removable assembly- so that the post can be removed for ease of transport or storage. Fitting the post to the base is a simple manual screwed assembly.

Banner Specifications

The banner allows 2.5meters (8ft 2in) between posts. The Banner is 475mm high (18.7in).  For further design specifications, please click here.
